Refund and Return Policy
If you wish to return a product and obtain a refund, please follow the process outlined below:
Contact Customer Service
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team by phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required to process your return.
Preparing Your Return
Once you receive your RMA number, write it clearly on the outside of your shipping package. You may return both opened and unopened products. Products must be shipped back to us within thirty (30) days of receiving the item to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Items Covered/Not Covered
All products, whether opened or unopened, are eligible for return, provided they are sent back within the 30-day window. However, the product must arrive in the same condition it was received, without excessive wear or damage.
Processing Your Refund
Once our fulfillment center has received your return and verified the correct information, please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your refund.
Refund Timeframe
After processing, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer or bank’s processing time.
